Upon receiving the initial order, I discovered a few scratches and tears. I promptly contacted the company and received a replacement. While the replacement had fewer tears than the original, it still exhibited some damage. Consequently, I was entitled to a refund of a specific amount. Despite the damage, the item itself remains visually appealing.

I love this piece of looks great in my bookshelf. I am so happy with my purchase.
