This is the second set I ordered. The first set came with a broken glass window in which a shard was sticking out of the box. The second set came with glass windows not attached and were leaning against the frame. Very disappointed as these looked beautiful online.

I love the product, but it arrived damaged. The glass was broken. The box should indicate it’s fragile.

Would not recommend. Broken in shipment due, I think, to poor packaging. Wayfair sent a replacement which was also broken. Wayfair was great in their service with this matter. Would be surprised if this item could possibly arrive not broken.
