The box was so damaged I would not have accepted it if I had been home. As I opened it I was shocked that the frame was broken in several places. I will be contacting Wayfair to get a replacement.

My first order and perhaps my last, lost total confidence with product offering from Wayfair, I purchased $38 "open box" this painting was punched in pretty good almost dead center, a big bulge popped up in the back which you can push back to the front and have a big bulge in the front! your choice! are you kidding me! what got me was ZERO condition disclosure. and here comes the AI trying to negotiate an offer, and make a deal, believe it or not, this is a thing now! I agreed to take 7 buck credit! didn't wanna negotiate with a BOT but once! what world do we live in? So for me Wayfair took a huge credibility hit. unless they contact me and make this right, myself and my wife will never buy anything from them anymore, Way-FAIR was not fair and failed the trust test!
