Beautiful but broken. We followed the instructions carefully to cut the external and internal boxes to carefully open the item. It’s not my fault your item was broken when it was shipped or during shipping. I sent photos as proof it was broken. Customer Service refused to send me a box so I had to pay $13 for a box and paper at the UPS store. I am upset I had to pay money to return the broken item you sent to me and don’t know why you’d want a broken, unsaleable item returned. Unacceptable. Do you plan to send the returned broken item to someone else?
