This frame looks nice but for the price it should come with accurate instructions. No instructions in the box, PDF on the listing doesn’t even reference the same parts sent with the frame, and video is incomplete. Nearly damaged my art trying to figure out how to secure it.

This frame was not made of wood as described. It has a veneer wood look and came with scratches and dings. Will be returning.

It took two extra days for delivery to actually arrive after receiving first notice that it was being delivered. In spite of every notification showing that a black frame was being delivered as ordered, a gold frame was delivered. It was in good condition, so decided to paint it black myself rather than risk another mistake.

Frame was average white frame for a canvas print. I sized the circumference but neglected to pay attention to the depth. It is too deep for this frame. I got rid of box before I was aware of my mistake.
