I was sent a 16 inch mirror but I ordered an 18 inch mirror. Shipping was repeatedly delayed. The mirror is flimsy and there is a crack on the frame that is quite noticeable

This is a nice mirror in general, thin clean black frame, and great price - HOWEVER it is absolutely ruined by the fact that ~1/3 of the mirror area has bad streaks in it. It appears that the streaks are behind the glass, they are not on the surface, and therefore cannot be cleaned off. Very obvious in person - difficult to photograph.
