These are great blackout curtains. They don’t come with a tie back for the bottom layer so I used my own. Perfect neutral color with the white overlay. The white curtains are separate and not attached to solid curtains.

I love these curtains . I bought 3 packs for a 2 panel window because I wanted the full look but honestly I didn’t need that much , they are perfect on their own! The black out effect is so perfect definitely worth the buy. I would say however that the site says it comes as 4 panel however this just means 2 panels considering the cloth and veil are separate.
