I never received the item I ordered but customer service was really great and they sent me a replacement. Other than that delay, I am completely happy and satisfied with my purchase. These panels are made of quality materials and does not look or feel cheap at all. It’s true to its description being black out. We placed it as a make shift door panel for the bonus room that we converted as my daughters’ playlounge area. It’s really long so I had to put safety pins at the bottom. All in all it’s a great buy and value for our money.
