It does not come in a factory box; it is carefully wrapped in heavy plastic secured with zip ties then shipped in a Wayfair supplied box. I don't know if this is true for all of them, or just the one I received. It did not appear to have been a returned item. Very easy to install and I liked being able to adjust the distance the rod extends from the wall. Great curtain rod, especially given the reasonable cost!

PROS Fast shipping. Easy to assemble. Matches our patio decor. Sturdy. Price was great! CONS As of right now (several months ownership), there arent any negative effects.

I like the off-white color. Simple and pretty.
