I liked these pillow, but couldn't get the folks to understand that an order for two sets of two pillows is four total pillows. The first set of two arrived fine. Then I asked for the other set to be sent. That took some time and several follow ups. I finally received one pillow, not a set of two. Note that they are offered as a set of two. This single pillow got me to three total pillows. It didn't come wrapped in any covering, just stuck in the mail package. After sitting out for several days, the odd smell from shipping went away. I settled for three out of four pillows in this case, as I was worn out with the effort required.
