It is not the product, it is Wayfair’s policies and customer service. HORRIBLE company and experience.

5 stars for quality. Along with the many other Wayfair pillows in my order, this was perfect for pulling my living room together: a low gray sectional, black metal-framed leather lounge chair, "womb"-style modern profile chair and ottoman, and my "five years ago" zig-zag ivory wool shag rug lol. This pillow won't be my go-to comfort-wise (because of the leather strips), but I'm happy with it!
