Housse de coussin Velvet Mood

Nice velvety sheen pillow fabric, wouldn't die for it, but it work well in my beds pillow ensemble. If you don't brush it the right way it looks kinda Nasty!

I found this while it was on sale and decided to give a try both taupe and camel color. I love taupe and ordered another one. Camel color didn't work out with my living room pillow scape but they are well made. I am waiting for blue one to be back on stock. Wish they have more colors, i.e. lavender/periwinkle, light gray.

The worst customer service and products as well. The picture and the description do not match what I received at all. It was not damaged but it was nothing like what was described on the website. Getting in touch with customer service to return the item was the worst. They only give you the store credit option or to pay 15 for shipping when I could do it on my own and pay less and professionally speaking I am not supposed to pay for the shipping because it wasn’t my fault, i received something completely different from what was provided of information on the app and website. Customer service did nothing but they wouldn’t reply for hours. It was Kristen who helped me over the phone she was pretty understanding and provided a different option that was not on the app. Never every buying from wayfair again. This is so unprofessional doesn’t matter how cheap the prices are. The prices are cheap yes but so are the products.

Don’t know yet as the inserts weren’t delivered to go with them. They look nice
