As far as the item itself, I was expecting something else. It’s described as metal and it’s plastic composite on an intel thin piece of sheet metal or aluminum. It is overall nice for what I need it to do. The only reason for the three stars is not do to the product. It took Wairfair over 10 days to ship this item and I need it sooner. I attempted to cancel the order and was told it was about to ship. Well more days went by and still no shipment. I called again and once again, I was told it’s about to ship. It took 5 addition days for the item to finally ship and it should have been canceled. Go figure.
