First things first, the frame does seem to be constructed of wood but the 'wood grain' finish is a veneer. If you're hoping for a raw wood look this may not be the frame you want. That being said, it is a very well-constructed frame and I was so thrilled to get it in a size that's otherwise difficult to find (6"x6"). Acrylic really does have superior clarity when compared to glass - it will scratch much more easily, of course, but so long as the frame isn't in a high-traffic spot that really shouldn't be an issue.

This is a solid wood frame. The package came very well wrapped with no damage. The frame is narrow but solid and not too heavy. There is a large selection of sizes to choose from and this large frame (largest size) is not too bulky to move around. I'm happy with the item.

True to ssize unmatted picture frame. Acrylic not glass. States wood frame but questionable. Must attach hardware to hang includes one. May not be top quality bur useful for intended purpose. Lightweight

This frame came in marked packaging and was undamaged. Blue film is on both sides of the plastic glass to prevent scratches. This is easily removed. Assembly requires a tape measure and screwdriver and is simple and straightforward. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the frame.

The frame arrived safely, excellent secured in quality packaging (rare!). While the frame itself is simple and pretty, the material quality is sub-par. On the one hand they are light weight which is ideal for hanging but on the flipside the wood is easy to indent with a fingernail and the backing is made from a foamboard similar to that of a school project.
