Beautiful but came broken. Will update stars when my purchase is corrected. Frames could be heavier duty, they’re plastic.. but I still like them.

This is a beautiful realistic looking canvas art.

The frame is not wood as it is stated. It is a cheap hollow plastic that is much thicker and wider. It does not even match the one in the photos. Online, the frame is listed as wood, it is not. We got these last month and were just opened today since they were a gift. Wayfair refused to listen to my complaint since the return window of 30 days has closed. What a poor business model for not accepting a return due to it not matching what we ordered. This is wrong in so many ways! Customer service told me to write a review and add photos. I asked if this would help me in with a resolution or if it would be reviewed by Wayfair. The response was no. WayNOTfair.
