Merchandise had been returned by a previous buyer. The package had clear tape over the original tape. I knew this set was damaged before opening the box because of the packaging being reseal. I am upset that they chose to send it to me and now wants to inconvenience me by saying take it to a Fed-Ex location. I should have never been sent damage merchandise period. Customer service was a joke. The lady said she could sent someone to pick it, then changed it to me having to go out and stand in those long lines around this time of the year. I am very disappointed. This does not generate a repeat customer and it certainly does not make good business sense to do this to a customer.

Terrible! Based on the condition of these jars and the way they were packed, I swear these were used, not new. The photos dont even show all the marks and scratches. To top it off, I had the worst experience with customer service trying to get a replacement or refund. Usually, I can handle returns online but the app would not accept the return so I had to speak with customer service. It would require a small novel to fully explain my experience so Ill just say that after being on the phone for almost 20 minutes, sending numerous photos, details and other redundant info, I actually told the rep to cancel the exchange. I felt like I was stuck in the customer service loop from hell. Ill repaint the jars myself. Its less painful.

It is dented and the lid of the smallest one is broken
