The original mirror had a noticeably bent frame. The company offered a discount to keep it, but the defect was too prominent. They then sent a replacement and promised a refund upon receipt of the return. However, packaging the defective mirror for return was challenging, and I had to call FedEx to schedule a pickup, as they don’t automatically arrange pickups for prepaid labels.
