When my order was delivered, and I opened it the mirror was shattered!!

The mirror arrived damaged. The seal was broken so the frame was detached. Wayfair replaced it with a new one and guess what? The second mirror arrived damaged...again. This time the glass was shattered. Before purchasing I read the reviews and the only bad reviews found were related to the mirror arriving damaged. Take these reviews to heart and pass on this mirror.

Unfortunately, both the original mirror and its replacement arrived completely shattered. The packaging was badly damaged, and we were even cut by loose glass while opening the second one. After waiting through two deliveries, we still don’t have a usable mirror. I would not recommend ordering this product unless the packaging and shipping process are significantly improved.

It is was just as pictured. I like it but wish I would have ordered something with a thicker frame.
