After having this unit for over a month, I went to polish the crystal base with reasonable care in handling. The heavy top was not secured well enough to the base and it broke off—there were only light copper leads holding it together. Although beautiful, it is not crafted well enough to withstand a reasonable amount of care in cleaning, moving, and maintaining. That's a real shame, because in every other respect this crystal rose bouquet is elegant and genuinely innovative. The K9 crystal petals catch the light beautifully, and the option to choose a color made it easy to match my decor. On looks alone, it's a piece I'd have considered a quality gift for the person who has everything. Delivery hit a snag when FedEx dropped it in the wrong city, but Wayfair handled it instantly—they sent a replacement right away and took care of the FedEx issue without me having to chase anything down. The packaging deserves a mention too: it arrived exceptionally well packaged and ready for gifting, right down to the premium box and card.

The packing was done extremely well. The box was wrapped in bubble wrap and the entire inner box had sturdy foam to hold it in place. It is beautiful and perfect for my daughter! Heavy and good quality! Very sturdy

Beautiful! So many good things to say about this Crystal Rose bouquet and vase. The box it came in is so pretty. There was a card and polishing cloth inside. The figurine was in a gold, silky jewelry bag. The vase is a clear crystal. The leaves are a shiny, silver metal. The carved, crystal roses are outstanding. Each petal is meticulously carved. So realistic! Love it!

This pink crystal rose and vase is really pretty. I originally got it thinking of gifting it.... but like it so much, I am keeping it for myself. A beautiful decorative piece. Catches the light and has decent weight. The crystal is light catching and the detail and care in the making of the piece is evident. Comes packaged EXTREMELY well and arrived without a single blemish, scratch or chip. Comes with a card for gifting... but I am keeping it. Could go on a mantle, side table or nightstand or dresser. So very pretty. Also comes with a polishing cloth
