Haven’t put up my sheer second set of curtains yet, but the gold rods were easy to install by myself. Looked up a TikTok hack using tape to avoid mistakes. The 108” velvet curtains are kinda heavy but the rods holds up well.

Ordered the black. My boyfriend installed them with ease at 30 inch width. I used lightweight sheers on the small rod and medium weight 96 inch length curtains on the larger rod. They hold up the curtains with zero sagging. I was concerned because several people reported that the rods were not aligned and caused the front curtains to hang either lower or higher than the back but I did not experience that problem. The only thing I would say is that they do extend pretty far (about 3 inches from the wall) but the dimensions mention that and it appears that it's necessary to accommodate the two rods. I love them.

Received the incorrect product (x3!!!). Wayfair's report a problem page is not working. AI chatbot gave me no useful info. Customer service representative via chat was unhelpful and unclear in communication. Called Wayfair and they are unable to provide any support due to 'technical problem with system', the representative was unable to provide any feedback on when the problem would be resolved. So I have to call back again and hope the technical problem is resolved? Given that this is the 3rd issue with this order (once cancelled item, one delayed item, and now this), I'm extremely unhappy with Wayfair.
