I bought this and had it filled with flowers for a 50th anniversary gift. The florist put it in a box to hold vases and flowers so it would not tip over on the way to the party. When I took it out of the box there were spots on the vase where the gold started pealing off. I was so embarrassed when I had to give it to the couple with spots of gold all coming off with black underneath.
