Terrible customer service!! I am done with Wayfair. I ordered this item back in November as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Instead I received a set of wall sconces. Called customer service and they said to keep the item and they would resend the correct item I originally ordered. Guess what. They sent the wall sconces again to me. This has happened 4 times now. I have 4 sets of wall sconces that I did not order or want. It is now February 2026 and I got the same incorrect delivery. Wayfairs answer is they cannot help and will either refund or issue a credit. I asked to speak to a manager who also said the same thing. I find it hard to believe that a customer service person will not do their job and find out how this has happened multiple times. Why cant someone call wherever this is being delivered from and ask why they keep sending black iron candle wall sconces. Wayfair Just told me all they can do is issue me a refund or a credit. Awful because I really want the item that I originally ordered. The manager would not even help when I pointed out that and it shows on Wayfair website for 20 more than advertised in Nov. 2025. Why is it still on their website if they cannot deliver. Very frustrating and terrible customer service. Hard to believe that not one person will look into this. Dont expect to receive this ceramic human mind. They need to remove this from their website. I have spent so much time and had so much aggravation from this whole episode!

I never received the item and have contacted Wayfair's customer service 3 times. Now they say it's too late to complain and it's my problem.

I NEVER RECEIVED THIS; I WAS SENT THE WRONG ITEM. I tried to contact to adjust this issue, took pictures of wrong item was told not to return wrong item so sort of iron something did not take it out of the box, will contact my card provider. DeAnna

Be warned. You might receive a pair of candle sconces instead of the intended bust.

This was such a cool item, sadly it is very fragile I knocked it over and the skull fractured. I may just have to get myself a new one because it’s such a unique piece! …just be careful!!
