I am writing as I am disappointed and embarrassed.. I gave these candles as a gift today.. when we open the package to put in the batteries the bottom fell out on one candle and the other one the flicker was jammed down in candle. And Why did the package have a red sticker and with a letter R with bar code..

Exactly what I was hoping for these candles with the convenience of a remote do look very realistic. I am using them not only for holiday decorating but to give that soft glowing ambiance to my living room, bedroom, and bath. They appear to be well made and no disappointment here!

Had to return. I think maybe these had been sitting in a warehouse for too long. The box was disintegrating, the candles were melting, the "light" section had melted through to the battery compartment. The return was quick and easy. Wayfair was super responsive.
