The product is nice, but when I first ordered, I had ordered a set of 5. I first received one frame only. I called and spoke with customer service and they reordered me another set of 5. I again received only one frame. I called customer service again and finally they sent me three more. The frames are nice, but the hassle isn’t. I am thankful that everything worked out and customer service at Wayfair was very nice!
