The mirror is nice but it arrived broken. I don’t know if it was packaged damaged or damaged during shipping but I cut the box open and it has a giant crack running down the mirror. Can you please instruct me how to get a refund for this? I am very disappointed in this purchase and something like this should definitely be more reinforced with packaging.

I absolutely love this mirror. It is built like a handcrafted heirloom instead of a modern piece. We have recently remodeled and it is normally they first thing they compliment.
