Box shows installation template included, advertising for this product also shows that. No installation template was in either of the two cartons I purchased. I called CS, they said company stopped including installation templates. Poor way to save money Moen, you have one very disappointed customer/

Lovely mirror, but you forgot instructions (which we found on line) and there was no template.

Bought 2 mirrors for my bathroom. The templates alone were worth the cost and made this installation very helpful.

Delivery was fast it was packaged so well it took me 20 minutes just to open luv the look

This mirror really looks nice. Adds a nice touch to your bathroom. I really like the tilt feature. I only gave it a 3 on durable because if you are not careful when cleaning, it will crack! Don't tilt too much.
