My package arrived- glass one side was broken. I called cust. service and they sent out another package that same day. Great service!! Love the lanterns. They are great on my front porch.

I ordered 2 sets of these lanterns and almost every piece of glass came broken. I called Wayfair and they sent me replacements, which was nice. They tried to package the next delivery differently by individually wrapping each piece of glass. Several pieces came broken and the ones that weren't broken I had to try to install in the lanterns myself. They are very cheap & warped & falling apart in my hands. The only thing I like is the gray wood color. I might spend money at home depot on new glass panes.
