Awesome! But don’t throw out your back with it like i did! Update only used it twice, maybe experiment with a cheaper blanket because it was a waste of money for me. It did stop my anxiety attack so it’s good for that but sleeping not good you get claustrophobic.

Love it. Comfortable. Has helped my daughter who suffers night terrors, reduced the frequency and she says she sleeps more peaceful.
