Miroir Westin

The mirror is beautiful. It does not have a wire to hang, but attaching one was easy. I ordered two of them and received one that was shattered, messaged/emailed over a week ago, hoping to get a replacement or at least a credit, and have not received a response.

Could not be more pleased.

I ordered two of these mirrors and one was packaged in a box large enough to fit a dresser. It was not secured in protective styrofoam or bubble wrap at all and it arrived shattered (no surprise as it would have bounced all around in this huge box with zero protection). The lines shown in the first picture are cracks in the mirror, not wrinkles in the plastic covering. Who packages a fragile item this way? The second picture is exactly what I saw when I opened the top of the box. Absolutely unbelievable. Unfortunately, I ordered two of them and one is not damaged (it shipped separately) so I’m stuck with simply ordering a replacement for the damaged mirror. The quality is mediocre. There is no grain to the wood frame at all, so I’m guessing it’s not actually wood.
