Couronne

Had to re-assemble, upon arrival, as it was missing a lot of flowers. The back of the wreath itself was bent to get it to fit in the shipping box. I had to flaten it out for a few days before use. For the price I thought it would have been better made and intact upon receiving.

I was very disappointed with the quality. This is NOT cloth, but plastic! Some pieces fell off upon opening. The flowers are sparse. Not what I expected. Not sure it’s worth the cost of returning.

Was not near as full as the advertised photo, pieces came off with minimal touching. I would have sent it back, but needed it for an event and unfortunately had to make it work. Highly disappointed.

It was a perfect birthday gift for my big sister!

This item was not what I originally ordered. While very pretty, it did not resemble the website photo and it did not have any lights as advertised. I had a replacement sent, but I received the same thing. The customer service was very apologetic, accommodating, and pleasant. They will correct the information on their website, and I was sent two shipping labels to return the two wreaths. 5-stars for the service! ☆☆☆☆☆
