I ordered this mirror THREE TIMES. Yes. Three. It came broken ALL. THREE. TIMES. Even after I was told before this one that this shipment was going to a “special team to review” oh ok. Well you might want to check in on that department. Or, my preference would be, to quit using FedEx to send packages. I would choose literally any other company to handle my products if given the choice. This is actually insane.

This mirror has potential…but sadly like many other reviewers it arrived shattered. Not sure what is going on. The wood frame did look beautiful so there is that, but I won’t be able to enjoy the item

Beautiful mirror and looked like good quality. However, there were issues with delivery (shattered glass the first time, chipped frame and wrong color the second time). If there were no issues, I would have given this 5 stars, so hopefully it arrives in good condition for you!

I was so excited for this mirror to arrive! I understand shipping this mirror must be quite the feat, as it is very large and heavy. Unfortunately I received it broken. Wayfair was excellent with shipping a replacement very quickly. Unfortunately the second mirror came just as shattered, also with a broken mirror frame. Really disappointed as it would have been the perfect mirror for a spot I was trying to fill. Now I also have 2 gigantic, heavy shattered mirrrors that I need to try to figure out how to dispose of. I wouldn’t roll the dice on this mirror.

Thought I would get lucky and receive a mirror that wasn't shattered. I was wrong. Wayfair refunded the cost to me anyway.
