Very poorly constructed. Vase base were not attached.

The base was completely detached from the vase. The bolt to attach the base to the vase was too short and there was a broken glass platedisc that was no longer attached which rendered reattaching the two together properly impossible. With apoxy I was able to make it work. The craftsmanship and quality is poor. From a distance it looks passable.

The vase is lose due to the part that holds it. Won't tighten
