I ordered these in brushed steel and pewter. I like the way they look and the brushed steel ones look like the picture. I gave this a 3 because the pewter ones are definitely not pewter. When my order came in, I called customer service letting them know about the issue and trying to get replacement ones in the correct color. They worked on that right away and I received the replacements in the mail. They are also gold in color. I called customer service again and they are working on a refund for the items. So on the plus side, customer service has been easy to work with and I'll be receiving a refund for the items but I'm sad the color description is messed up on these items. I've attached what the "pewter" ones look like.
