Your delivering carrier, FEDEX, is terrible. I had precise clear instructions for product ordered to be delivered to my home. On the day due to arrive I stayed at home waiting for the delivery. Around 12:30pm I get an email message stating that my product was just delivered, I went outside checked all the doors where package may have been left but to no avail. I went to the neighbors house to check no package. I came back to my house got in my car to drive around community to see if I could find fedex carrier, no such luck. I came back home called the fedex hot line to file a complaint about delivery. I did so was advised that I would have a call back within two hours and they did call back, assigned a case number but said they would be back in touch. As of this date I have heard nothing back from fedex. A couple of days later I get a call from a man that lives over two miles away on ranch road, I live on railroad st, he advised that fedex delivered a package to his house. i got in my car drove to his house and picked up my package. I will not order again from your company if you are going to use fedex because I am fedup with fedex. Not a good first time ordering experience from wayfair.
