This vase is even nicer than I thought it would be and I'm so pleased! The finish is matte, the distressed look is more interesting and random in person, and the shape is graceful. The two handles are cute and add personality, and along with the evenly spaced grooves, give it an ancient pottery look and feel. The design has a very pleasing balance because the base is the same diameter as the mouth, and the mouth is large enough for plenty of flowers, etc. The size is just right for my kitchen counter. It's not bulky but still has presence. This vase is lightweight so I will be adding rocks or something to the bottom of it so that it won't easily tip over. I hope to enjoy this vase for a very long time!
