Miroir vestibule en bois sculpté

I really love it and recommend for purchase

I tried to rectify this issue, but all I get is calls from Wayfair saying they are sorry and don't see damage. they ask me to submit new photo's or video. This mirror was just shy of $700 and I realize it is rustic, but there is a hunk of wood out of the mirror frame. So, if you are fine with this then make the purchase, but if this would not be acceptable do not bother as they will not stand behind you with the manufacturer. In addition, they left multiple oil stain in my once spotless driveway. We all know how that goes..... impossible to ever remove completely. They say someone from claims will contact me, but I know this too will not end well and my driveway is forever stained and I have an expensive mirror with a large chip out of the scroll area that I will have to somehow get patched and painted myself. I was going to wait and give them a chance to make this right before reviewing, but they keep sending me review request and don't seem to acknowledge the damage so here it is at this point.

The mirror is very nice. Sadly the color was not a good match. Sooo I had to return it.
