Just recieved this so the quality appears good initially. They fit the bill for the covers I wanted them to fill. The shipping packaging was the weak point. The package was so overstuffed that the end tore open. The only thing that kept both pillows in the bag was the fact that the manufacturer packaged them in a zipper bag, otherwise one would have surely been lost.

Great insert. It has kept its firmness after a year. I tuck the pillow in the small of my back when reading in bed.
