Placed pillows in dryer as directed and the fluffed up. Bought the green pillow cases from Wayfair and fit perfectly.

I have only used one of these, but it amply filled the pillow cover. It came in a flat, vacuum-sealed bag, but I put it in the dryer on high for about 15 minutes and it fluffed right up.
