I am very disappointed with my recent purchase. I received a used product that has noticeable scratches on both the front and the back. This is unacceptable for an item that was advertised as new. The condition of the product suggests it was not properly inspected before being shipped. I expected much better quality and am dissatisfied with the lack of attention to detail.
