Actually, the product is fine. I ordered the dimension that I thought I wanted but ended up wanting to exchange it for a larger size. I was THEN told it was a non-returnable item.

I returned this. From your self-advertising I assumed you were an all top quality site. I thought from the photo that this was a fine fabric. Not only did it look cheap in real life, but the fill was that bouncy motel ugh stuff. I will not rush to buy from you again.
