Purchased as a gift. It was well received.

Nice arrangement but some of berries were damaged

THis was much smaller than I thought it would be. And it wasn't delievered and there was no update at all until I asked customer service. Then they ended up having to order me a brand new one for some reason and didn't tell me why. So if I wouldn't have asked, it just wouldn't have been delivered? This is the second time in the last few months I have had something like this happen so I don't think I'll be ordering off of Wayfair anymore.
