Coussin décoratif à rayures 100% coton Coastal

The description in the item listing tgat I ordered clearly states "pillow" and not pillow "cover". When I received the package I called to communicate that this either was not what I ordered or the description was deceiving. Tge covers are beautiful and well made, but I would not have ordered this item had I known these were not "pillows" as described in the image.   The support rep that I spoke to offered to send a replacement including the inserts, to make things right. This level of service is what I have come to expect from Wayfair over the years.  But 2 days later Wayfair cancelled the replacement they entered stating the item I received was correct. I am disappointed that you have chosen to renege on the commitment you made to a loyal customer. Its unfortunate that Wayfair has somehow lost the integrity that they were so well known for.   As a result, I am saddened to say, I have lost confidence in your company and will not be shopping with you again in the future.
