This mirror is advertised as leather with a stitch pattern. It is very hard to tell from the online pics but there is no actual stitching on this mirror which is what I was expecting. The "stitching" is just a pattern stamped into the vinyl material. I would be SHOCKED if this was actual leather. Also the vinyl does not have the nice texture which appears on the online pics but is instead more flat and dull. From any distance you can't even see the "stitch pattern because it is so subtle and the frame just appears to be black wood. The stitch pattern is more noticeable in the online pics with light blaring on the mirror. Overall the build quality of the mirror is solid and the mirrored surface is without any flaws. It arrived packaged well. Hanging was easy with supplied hooks. Overall it is NOT a statement piece as I was hoping and is simply another mirror. Not worth the price IMO.
