This provides a lot of light when set to high. I would say you definitely need to lower the brightness to properly use. It has 3 choices of colors. I will say I have rated it only 3 stars due to the fact that the plug is on side of the mirror which distracts from the look and also the base is metal with no padding which can scratch surfaces easily. It comes with the electrical plug to put into a wall socket but also has a USB option. It does not come with the USB wire. I like the round detachable magnifying mirror which attaches with 2 suction cups.

The makeup mirror arrived well package looks just like the photos on the site . This is made well ,very sturdy.. You only have to screw the bottom to the mirror It took like a minute very simple .. It also gives you the tool .. It has several lighting options , has a port to charge phones a great feature.. Great size you can really see well putting makeup on. I definitely highly recommend it . Thanks Wayfair
