Vase de plancher Santorini

The Santorini Vase arrived today. I was amazed how beautiful it looks. Can’t get my eyes off it. Love it!

I would have appreciated receiving the correct color—Rustic Vintage—especially after everything I went through with this order. I originally placed the order three weeks ago. When it arrived five days later, the item was in pieces due to extremely poor packaging. The box contained only a few pieces of bubble wrap and was secured with just one layer of tape, despite the item weighing approximately 29 pounds. It is no surprise that it arrived damaged. Today, I finally received the replacement, only to discover that the wrong color was sent. Instead of the Rustic Vintage color I originally ordered, I received Red Barrel. I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and the overall experience. What should have been a simple order has turned into an ordeal lasting more than three weeks. At this point, I will settle for the Red Barrel color—not because I am satisfied with it, but because I simply do not want to deal with this vendor again. Between the inadequate packaging of the original shipment and receiving the wrong color on the replacement, this has been a very disappointing experience from beginning to end.

Very nice vase, packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Color was accurate and just what I wanted for my space.
