Frame came in a ton of packaging. Couldnt fit it all in our city garbage bin or recycling bins there was so much of it. I get it, its to keep it safe, but feel this was a bit excessive. Maybe a handle with careFragileGlass sticker would have helped during shipping Frame came with damage as you see in the photos. I emailed to customer service and after 2 weeks now, still no reply. I guess I will have to go through my credit card company for a full refund when all I asked the company for was a reasonable discountcredit for the damage and I would just keep it.
