Feeling very scammed by Wayfair. Beware of their misleading return policy! I am very angry that Wayfair claims it offers returns for a full refund when it is clearly not since they are charging prohibitive return shipping costs. In this case, I bought a number of different curtains since it is hard to see the colors from photos and I needed to match the decor in a room, and also the quality and feel of the fabric cannot determined from a photo. When I returned the curtains that did not suit my needs, Wayfair charged the same amount for shipping the items back in just 3 boxes as they would have for shipping them back in 6 boxes, bringing the total cost for returning those items to about $120! In another case they charged over $14 to return a tiny, lightweight $16 lamp set . The shipping charge is prohibitive - almost the cost of the item. Their offer to give a partial refund of 20% is ridiculous. I took it because it is the same as the effective amount of the refund I would get but I am feeling very ripped off by false advertising and will be looking elsewhere for many of my future purchases.
