Would not support a heavy drape and a sheer. Rod(s) pulled away from the wall, but were anchored. Using it in another room to hold a single drape that is lined. Will eventually replace rod as I won't need a double rod.

Love the rod. Has a nice finish, and is spaced away from the window to allow curtain/sheer movement without touching the wall. I wrap the last grommet hole onto the sheer rod to bring the curtain around and block more light heat/cold as I have thermals on the front rod.

The color falls more under a darker chrome opposed to black, which is what I used on the filters when looking for rods.
