I bought the gold color rod. The end cap on one end was separated and needed to be put back in place. That 's why I gave it a 4 because it was broken when it arrived. It looks nice on the wall in the dining room.

Looks nice, modern is sturdy but some of the black metal will come off if you accidentally scratch it on anything. Okay for price

The finials are junk. Use it only if you can’t really see it at all. The silvery paint on the finial was damaged before it was boxed, a 1/4” round defect. You can see the plastic mold seams all the way around each finial. That’s not getting better if you were to repaint it yourself.

I ordered the largest size possible. The rod and brackets are sturdy but the finials are plastic and the top square of one popped off while I was screwing it into place. I was only half way in and the whole top just separated from the bottom.

Great rod, light weight and attractive.
