Sturdy and well built! Thicker than the usual store bought rods. I bought the extra length rod and it came in 2 pieces with a metal connecter that sits inside the rod giving it the look of a single long rod (which is what i was looking for). Also, the meal connector gives the extra strength and support for the additional mounting bracket for the center support. Really happy with the overall look. Worth every penny!

It's fantastic for girls room! You have to drill and fix the wall if you had a prior rod that leaves holes, but it is so sturdy and pretty! Make sure you have all the measurements right before buying it!
